Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some products sold by SupplementMe may be available through purchase options such as subscriptions, pre-orders or try before you buy. Where these options are offered, the following terms apply.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries at the frequency shown when you place your order.

Your chosen payment method will be stored securely by our payment provider and will be charged automatically for each scheduled order unless you have paid for the subscription in advance.

You can manage or cancel your subscription using the link provided in your subscription or order confirmation emails.

Cancelling a subscription will stop future subscription orders and payments. If an order has already been processed for fulfilment before your cancellation is received, that order may still be dispatched and charged.

Where a subscription has a fixed duration or automatically renews, the applicable duration and renewal terms will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Pre-orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it is available for normal fulfilment.

Depending on the pre-order, we may take full payment, partial payment or no payment when you place your order. Where a balance remains payable, your payment method may be stored securely and charged when the product becomes available, as explained at checkout.

You may request cancellation of a pre-order before it has been processed for fulfilment.

If your pre-order has already been processed or dispatched, any cancellation, return or refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and your statutory rights.

Any estimated availability or dispatch date provided for a pre-order is an estimate unless we specifically state otherwise. If there is a significant delay, we will provide further information where appropriate.

Try Before You Buy

Where a product is specifically offered on a try before you buy basis, your payment method may be authorised when you place your order without the full amount being charged immediately.

The trial period and any applicable conditions will be shown before you complete your purchase.

If you choose to keep the product, or do not return it within the stated trial period and in accordance with the applicable return conditions, your payment method will be charged the amount agreed at checkout.

Returns, Refunds and Statutory Rights

Cancelling a subscription or other purchase option does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or dispatched.

Nothing in this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
