Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by completing the form on our Contact Us page.

Products must be unused, unopened and returned in their original packaging with all safety seals intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept supplements that have been opened or unsealed, unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. Approved products must be returned within 14 days of contacting us. Refunds will be processed after the returned products have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned products or, if earlier, evidence that they have been sent back, where required by law.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
